After studying software engineering at the TU Vienna, he has been working as a full-stack developer for over 10 years. He has built software for various organizations in the telecom and SaaS sector. Together with Jan he founded respondeco and is responsible for technical development as well as business management.
Jan studied Political and Administrative Sciences in Vienna and Konstanz and holds a Master’s Degree in Social Economy. He has many years of experience in the social sector, having worked as a senior coordinator in the field of sustainable urban renewal for the City of Vienna and Green4Cities. He is co-founder of respondeco.
Having started his career in the financial sector, he has worked for companies such as Accenture, Bitpanda & Credit Suisse. Florian has over 10 years of experience in selling products to start-ups and established companies. With a passion for sales, he aims to bring Metra to companies across Europe.
Andrea has been with respondeco since 2019 and is our expert in identifying and evaluating measures and third party providers. She has 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur and is an integral part of our organizational team/back office.
Tina is a successful process facilitator, moderator, and workshop leader for organizations, teams and individuals. Her focus lies on nurturing inner competencies for sustainable external transformations. She holds a degree in Communication Sciences, combined with Psychology, Sociology, and Group Dynamics. Additionally, she has completed training programs as an experiential body psychotherapist and is a certified Teacher for Mindful Self-Compassion.
Constantin studied Landscape Architecture and Landscape Planning at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna (BOKU), as well as Prehistoric and Historical Archeology at the University of Vienna. He worked for the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute as a researcher and later immersed himself in biodiversity themes. At respondeco he acts as a consultant for this upcoming theme.
